For Justin's Family, Thank You Cpl.Justin Wilson, for your Honorable service & sacrifice to our Country & Freedom,We are too are saddened by your loss,

Do not weep for me, for I am cradled
in the arms of God. I walk with the angels, and hear the music beyond the stars.

Do not weep for me, for I am within you;
I am peace, love, I am a soft wind that caresses the flowers. I am the calm that follows a raging storm. I am an autumns leaf that floats among the garden of God, and I am pure white snow that softly falls upon your hand.

Do not weep for me, for I shall never die, as long as you remember me...
with a smile and a sigh.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Wilson,

With heartfelt thanks and tears in my eyes, I thank Justin for having the courage to step up to the challenge of serving his country.

I readily admit that I am not deserving of his sacrifice. I am an Army brat who has some understanding of the military way of life but I have never put myself in harms way the way that Justin did.

I have a son in his 20's so I know what it must have meant for you to worry and pray each day for his safety.

Thank you, God, for the gift this family gave so that I, and my family, can be free to live and sleep in peace without fear.

God bless Justin.

With love in my heart,

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Wilson,
As a Vietnam era vet, and having lost many friends in combat, I share your grief at the loss of your son, and my deepest condolences to you. However, please be proud of what he did serving our country in a time of need. I am proud of him and all the young people who serve.

I share with you a day of mourning, as I recently lost my wife due to a stroke. By coincidence, she will be buried in Arlington on Monday also. So anytime I have a chance to visit my precious Barb's grave site, I will visit your son also. When you get a chance, please let me know his assigned place. My prayers go with you also,

Although I never knew Justin, I thank God for him and others like him who fought for US.....he fought for people he never met....he fought for his loving family... he fought for his classmates and his church members.....he fought for even the illegals who have assalted our borders...he fought in God's name for Freedom for all mankind. He is a true Hero in my heart and life. I know that God had a special spot reserved for your amazing son and that part of His Plan is now complete. My father survived the South Pacific in WW II and after three years away from home in that war I was conceived. I was never able to serve myself, but I thank God every day for people like you who raised such an amazing, caring, honest and forever-remembered Marine. Thank you for your sacrifice, love and guidance that made Justin the Hero he is.

I am so sorry for your loss. I also appreciate your loved ones' service If he had not volunteered to protect our country .... Myself or my child would have to be the one carrying the gun or either hiding under a rock. Be Proud of his bravery. Thank You
June 06, 2010
It is with our most sincere sympathy that this note is penned. As you grieve his loss, know that Justin fulfilled a life that few can even dream of. Be assured that Justin is an American Hero. His courage and bravery has been recognized and will continue to be acknowledged by all who knew him. All U.S. Marines live the values of the Corps,...Honor, Courage, Commitment. These values are not taken lightly and all Marines honor each other,....."because it's not about self, the reason we fight; it's about the Marine to our left and our right. You gave it all for your fellow Marines, some whom you knew and some never seen". (CWO-2 Pettus)

Justin is indeed, one of the finest, one of the few!

Prayer for Peace

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace;
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
Where there is injury, pardon;
Where there is doubt, faith;
Where there is despair, hope;
Where there is darkness, light;
And where there is sadness, joy.

O Divine Master,
Grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console;
To be understood, as to understand;
To be loved, as to love;
For it is in giving that we receive,
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
And it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.

Amen

For you every single soldier
Those who served so honorable
Your life was forever altered
While I’m home safe and free
I stand with grateful admiration
I stand respectful and so proud
I know I’m only a civilian
And I don’t even know if it’s allowed

But I salute you; allow me the honor
to salute you with permission let me say
Even though I hold no rank know that from my heart
My humble gratitude comes from the deepest part.
I salute you.

For those missing in action;
for those who didn’t make it home.
I know you’re in God’s presence you are not alone.
For every neatly folded flag;
for every shattered family
I will do the only thing I know to dignify your memory.

I salute you, allow me the honor
to salute you with permission let me say
even though I hold no rank know that from my heart
my humble gratitude comes from the deepest part.

I salute you .

We offer our heartfelt sympathy to the family and friends of LCpl. Wilson and we honor his distinguished service to the cause of freedom and liberty. Sadly, America has lost one of its finest heroes, the U.S. has lost a friend and protector, and a family has lost an example of character and courage, which they will love and respect forever. Today, because of the sacrifice LCpl. Wilson has made, the house of freedom is stronger, sturdier, and more secure.

To the family and friends, of LCpl. Wilson, I would like you to know that a lot of people pray for you, and my hope is that their prayers will give you the strength necessary to carry on. Just as you were always with him when he was deployed overseas, know that he will always be with you wherever you may be. In the days to follow, may you be strengthened by the fact that LCpl. Wilson was a man distinguished by exceptional courage and will always be admired for his brave deeds and noble qualities. You, your family and your sacrifice will never be forgotten.

"Our debt to the heroic men and valiant women in the service of our country can never be repaid, they have earned our undying gratitude. America will never, ever forget their sacrifices."

LCpl. Wilson the flag of the United States of America has your blood sewn into the fabric; it shall forever wave in your honor.

Freedom requires sacrifice the protected will never know.

The Final Salute

“Brothers in Arms”, Military men and women down through the centuries, have traditionally exchanged “Hand Salutes” as a sign of recognition and as a way to render courtesy and respect one to another.

This “Hand Salute” is the last that we shall render to LCpl Justin Wilson our Brother in Arms. To his family it symbolizes the love and respect that we have for Justin. And to Justin it is rendered as a symbol of honor and gratitude to thank him for the ultimate sacrifice he made for his country while opposing enemy forces in Afghanistan. No greater love is shown than a man lay down his life for another. Justin, you are a brave Marine Warrior, a true Patriot and a national Hero. With your passing, our Country has lost a National Treasure. We bid you a sad farewell. You will be dearly missed from among our ranks. Be at ease. Rest in Peace.

YOU SHOULD BE SO EXTREMELY PROUD. IT'S HARD TO FEEL GOOD FEELINGS WHEN YOU ARE FEELING SO BAD RIGHT NOW. IT WILL TAKE TIME SO GIVE YOURSELF ALL THE TIME IT TAKES. STAY CONNECTED AS FAMILY, AND HOLD ON TIGHT, FOR THE RIDE WILL HAVE IT'S MANY BUMPS. BUT THROUGH THE MOURNING WILL FINALLY EMERGE ALL THE WONDERFUL MEMORIES YOU ALL SHARED WITH ONE ANOTHER. SINCE THE WAR BEGAN I HAVE WRITEN HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS OF CONDOLENCE LETTERS EACH ONE DIFFERENT FROM THE NEXT, BUT THERE IS ONE COMMON THREAD THAT BINDS THEM ALL TOGETHER AND THAT IS THE STRENGTH THESE YOUNG MEN AND WOMAN POSSSES AND HOW THEY BELEVED THEY WERE DOING WHAT WAS RIGHT, AND HE WAS IN A VERY SCARY PLACE THAT ONLY SOMEONE VERY BRAVE COULD HAVE PUT HIS LIFE IN THE HARMS WAY IN WHICH JUSTIN DID. I THANK HIM FOR ALL HE DID FOR OUR FAMILY AND I AM SO TERRIBLE SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS. THE HURT WILL LAST FOR A VERY LONG TIME, SO THAT IS WHERE FAMILY COMES IN. HANG ON TO ONE ANOTHER AS TIGHT AS YOU CAN AND SOONER OR LATER YOUR LIVES WILL BEGIN TO MAKE SENSE, LITTLE BY LITTLE. BUT FOR NOW I SEND YOU MY LOVE AND MY MANY PRAYERS. We have never met, we have never spoken. But that is not important. I want you to know that You all, Corporal Justin J. Wilson's friends and family are greatly loved more than words can possibly describe!
You all are loved by me and you are loved by a loving nation that has reached the end of it's patience with this war!
But, most of all friends, you are loved by the lord Jesus christ of Nazareth!
I was in the U.S.M.C. Reserves back in the 1990's. I was never deployed, never saw the misery of war. But I do know this,.....there is nothing more wonderfully patriotic and full of age old american spirit than a U.S. Marine who dies in the glorious service to the United States of America!!
I love you all and wish I could be there to express my love to you!
Jesus IS coming so very soon friends!!
And ya know what??? Justin is waiting in Heaven for you all!!
