I am so sorry. I just stumbled upon the fact that Buddy died. He was a great lover of Jesus and a fine man. May the perpetual light of Christ shine on him.
Hi Alice - So sorry to hear about Buddy, I only have really fun and funny memories of him and know you will miss him dearly. All my best to you and your family. Ann Mason
Alice you are in my thoughts at this hard time of your loss. May you have the strength in the fond memories of your long life together.
Alice, Scott, Ray and Susan. I know you will deeply miss Buddy. I fondly remember the good times we had on Hollyport Road. Know that our prayers and love are with each of you.

I first met "RW" while in the mortgage business in the 70's and over the years we both came to learn humility, forgiveness and grace. He was a true gentleman, a real Christian in every sense of the word and I know his journey ended a fruitful and blessed one!
Buddy was VERY thoughtful. Years ago, while on the west coast, he managed to get a call through to our son's Submarine, anchored near San Francisciso Mare Island back in the eighties. I said, "Bunny" , you did THat? He said, "Sure"; I wanted to encourage him.". Wow! What a Christian brother. Most sincerely, Eleanor Turner. The son, is Mark Nelson Turner, retired Naval Sub. Service, father is Nelson Turner, LCHS . My sympathy to all. Eleanor Turner.
My thoughts and prayers are with you, Alice, Scott, Ray and Susan. May the Lord grant you strength to cope with your loss. Rest in peace Buddy.
Though I did not know Buddy for many years, he brought joy, life and excitement into a room. He will be dearly missed by those of us whom he touched.

Buddy will be missed by his church and
family ,He was a great buy
Wow, one never forgets his old high school friends and Buddy was one of them. We were team mates on the LCHS baseball team and we were very good. Buddy was a left handed pitcher and I caught him some. He was an amateur version of the Yankees old Whitey Ford. He had a slow pitch and then one slower than that. My condolences to the Tolleson family and I know you are all at peace given Buddy's Christian beliefs. God Bless from a long time ago old friend.
I worked for Mr. Tolleson for almost two years. He was the sweetest man ever. As I'm typing this, I can remember the laughs and memories. He truly cared and loved his family and friends. There will never be another Buddy Tolleson. I send my deepest condolences to his wife and family... May he Rest in Love...
Buddy was one of the kindest people I have been fortunate to know. We will always miss his smile and good humor at The Tavern.
Judy and family: please know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time. May God bless and comfort you, with His peace.

Buddy was the reason I ended up at the University of Georgia. Loved the man and will miss him. Go Dawgs!
Praying for God's blessings of comfort and peace to be with your family.
Buddy was among the kindest, most good natured, and brightest men I've had the privilege to meet. I'll miss him, but think of him very time I make a pot of soup.
