We were not "best friends" we were not even close friends really. I only spent time with you two or three times. But those times I did spend with you were truly amazing. From the one night in Pen Argyl late at night, having some summer fun. Dropping chains with Matt just to have some good old fun! And than you sticking up for one of your best friends, because some dude hurt her. You had the biggest heart and the sense of adventure. You were one true amazing guy and we were all lucky to even know you. You will be greatly missed by EVERYONE!
Always in our hearts <3
Cathy and family,
My very deepest sympathies to you and your family, at this very tragic time. Our little community has been rocked this past couple of weeks, by two very untimely deaths, and as a mom, I have felt both very deeply. Imagine my surprise when I read about Robert, and see that his mother is someone that grew up and lived two doors away from me on Northampton St, way back when. It is indeed a very small world, and we are truly all connected. Sending prayers..Lisa Mabus Mutton

Aunt Anna's daughter, Rebecca Parsons and Family
Our family offers our deepest sympathy for the loss of Rob. We offer our prayers for your family.
I've only been Rob's Remediation teacher at PAHS for a few months now, but Rob also sat in on my interview demo lesson over the summer. It was reassuring for me, as a new teacher in the district, to have a familiar face in the classroom. I always enjoyed hearing about about Rob's interests- whether it was work related, the baseball bat he was building in shop, or a country song he thought I should listen to. There was definitely a presence absent in my classroom this morning. I will definitely miss those moments when I was able to enjoy his company and share a laugh. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Bob, Cathy & Family..
Sorry to hear about the loss of your son. Memories will always be with you in your hearts. Heaven gained a new angel. May he always be with you.
Cathy, Bob and Celsey, We are so very sorry for the pain you are going through at the loss of your beloved son. My heart breaks for you all. Know that you are in our thoughts and on our hearts.
Dear Mills family: I am so very sorry for your loss - Rob was in my Reading Remediation class last year and in all of my activities this year. I have a big hole in my heart going back to school and knowing I won't be seeing him and sharing a laugh or a story with him. My sincere condolences to you all. Mrs. Catherine Miller, PAHS

You will be missed horribly. You were such a sweet and caring guy. It's a shame you were taken away so young.. RIP Rob
Mr. Mills and Family,
It is with a very heavy heart that I express my deepest sympathy on the passing of Rob. I had the honor and privilege to meet and teach Rob as a freshman in my Art Room at Pen Argyl High School. Even after leaving my class Rob would sign up for my activity and we would have lengthy discussions about all kinds of things but especially his truck, engines and any thing else he was tinkering with.
Rob would greet me in the hall with a mischievious smile and say "What's up Mrs. P?" His little smile would always brighten my day. Many times if he was having difficulty with a homework assignment he would stop by and we would go over it together.
Rob was always the first to offer to help. I remember one time when another student was having a personal problem Rob sat with this young man and let him talk and gave him some advice on how to find a job.
Rob was a very special young man that I have cried many tears over in the last week but I also know we all have a very special Angel that's looking down on us all and probably laughing at me but in the end saying Don't worry Mrs. P. its all good.
God Bless Rob I'll miss you.
Bob, Cathy and family,
I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your son. My thoughts and prayers are with you both.
He will always be in both your hearts forever.
God bless you both

Cathy, Bob, Celsey & family I am so sorry for your loss please know WE are all here for you God Bless +
Bob, I can't fully express to you and your family what Rob meant to us here on Water Street. He was just so kind, to me, to the little kids, even to the pets. He would not let me carry the groceries in if he was standing out here. He wouldn't let me give him gas money either, even though I knew darn well he could many times use it and was driving Anthony all around.
Rob was always welcome here and was like a fourth child at this house. His absence will be felt forever and my few words just cannot say how very much we all miss him and how sorry we are. May the peace of God comfort all who are mourning Rob at this time. Our prayers are with you.
Cathy and family, please know you are in our thoughts and prayers. We are so sorry for your loss. May God Bless you in this time of sorrow. Tina, George and family.
he was a very good freind of mine he treated me like a lil brother in school . its to bad that we all had to lose a great freind
Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.
Sorry for your loss god bless all R.I.P. Robert
Celsey & family,
I am so terribly sorry for your loss. May Robbie rest in peace. You, Robbie and your family are in my thoughts and prayers through this time of need. Stay strong and know that he will always be with you <3
My heart goes out to you Bob.
Words can not express how sorry I am to hear about your loss. I was privileged to have Rob as a student and know that he will be greatly missed and always remembered.
I was so sad and shocked to hear that Rob had passed away. My prayers and thoughts are with all of his family and friends during this time.
I had the pleasure to be Robs' math teacher at Pen Argyl High School. Rob was a very compassionate and caring young man. He loved his family dearly and had such a wonderful relatonship with his dad.
He loved cars and most things with wheels. He was so proud when he got his drivers' license and shared photos of his truck(s).
Even when I no longer was his teacher he would come visit me almost every day to check in and say "Hello, have a great day." He would often come eat lunch with me, just to chat. One of the best days in my teaching career was when Rob came to me and thanked me for being his teacher and for caring about him and his family. He became teary eyed and we shared a brief cry.
He touched my heart and I will always remember Rob!
We are so sorry for your tragic loss. Tom was a wonderful young man. Our prayers are with you and your family.
