Cindy our thoughts and prayers with you and your family. It was a shock to hear about Rodney's passing. We found out by accident as we were reading the Wasco Tribune when the article mentioned Austin scoring for the game and then it went on to mention the passing of Rodney. Jesse took it really hard as he could not believe the article. Hard to believe they worked together for 16 years on the farm. Please know that it was a pleasure to know him and he was a great man.Know also that he is often remembered in funny stories that they lived out on the farm. Thank you for sharing him. Jose "Jesse" Rodriguez and family. Aurelia Iowa
Cindy and Family, I am so very sorry to hear this news of Rodney passing. Please know we are praying for you all. God Bless, Becky (Moore) Mays
Heartfelt condolences to all the family and friends of a good man and good friend.
I am very sorry to hear of Rodney's passing. He was such a dear and kind man to work with here at the USDA office. Over the past 20 - 30 years when he came in the office for signup, he always wore the biggest smile. It was always an honor to work with Rodney, because he appreciated what we did to assist in the often confusing process. I and everyone here will remember him fondly.
We are very sorry to hear about Rodney. I know this is a difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Stay strong.
So sorry Cindy, you and Rod were kids when Gary and I lived in BW. His dad passed in the same manner-loving the ground where he worked. BTW your Gdaughter is beautiful.
It was an honor to know a great man like Rodney. It came as a shock to hear of his passing. He will be missed. I take comfort in knowing he shall be ever present in the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ. Rodney was the kind of man that though I am 6 foot 2, I looked up to not only in stature but with great respect.
Sending prayers on your behalf to the One who can comfort. I am so sorry for what you have experienced. It's sent ripples of grief all the way to North Carolina. Having never met Rodney, except through your photos, I saw a giant of a man. A good man, the kind folks back here call the salt of the earth. An old soul that knew about the importance of family and community. A man solid as the dirt he farmed and yet soft enough cuddle his newborn grand daughter with the tenderness of giant mama bear. A big teddy bear is what I saw through your family photos shared online.
Your husband, daddy, Nono, he is bigger than life. A man like this simply doesn't fade away. He will be with you always. Just like your Heavenly Father will always be with you, so will Rodney. I hope you find comfort in that during this difficult time.
To the Banducci family, May gods loving arms be with all of you, Sending our deepest sympathy & luv, May he be resting in peace with our Lord, From JR. IRENE Ornelas & Family

My father, Othel Pearson, suffers from Alzheimer's but occasionally he comes back to us for a bit. I told him about Rodney's passing and he said "he was one good Italian." He then went on to ask about Cindy and Blane. It's amazing the things he remembers. He sometimes doesn't remember his children but he has great details of the past. The Pearson family will keep you in our prayers.
