I am so glad that our mutual friend, Stu Shostak took my suggestion to feature Steve on Stu's internet radio show in November, 2010.
Chatsworth Osborne, Jr. was an iconic television character and Steve played an equally unique role (though, as trivia fans know, for a different reason) on Perry Mason.
Steve confirmed to Stu that he was a distant relative of Al Franken.
For those who missed hearing from Steve in his own words, Stu has archived the interview at http://www.stusshow.com/archives.php?q=Franken.
My sympathy to Steve's family.
Thank you for the laughs. They will live for ever! Peace to his loved ones
