Glenda, please know that each year that goes by your always on our mind. We will forever pray for you and your family. Your beautiful boys are playing in the heavens above always looking down upon their mommy and daddy. May you find peace in knowing one day you'll meet again. We love you, always. Love, Steve & Joann

Oh my, I accidentally came across this obituary while looking for the obituary of a friend of mine's son named Connor Moore. After reading you tragedy, I couldn't just move on with out saying some thing. I am a stranger, but my mother's heart aches for you. I am so sorry for your loss. I recently read a book called Into the Deep, by Robert Rogers. His story is so similar to yours. He lost all 4 of his children and his wife is a similar situation in which flood water stalled their van and then swept them away when they attempted to escape their van. His book may bring you comfort as he would understand your pain and loss. May God give you comfort and peace as your draw near to Him for strength.

…because time and unexpected events overtake them all. For man does not know his time. Just as fish are caught in an evil net and birds are caught in a trap, so the sons of men are ensnared in a time of disaster, when it suddenly overtakes them (Eccl. 9:11,12). Our families and yours must continue to rely on God in these tragic times. We continue to pray for the lost of you and yours.

Glenda I think of you so often. There are just no words, just I want to let you know I am thinking of you.
