The Braves are having a good year. Wish Skip and Pete could still be calling the games. Wonderful memories.

A Giant fan - missing your love for the game.

Couldn't wait to get home to catch Harry and the Cubs play then wait for Skip and the Braves play on TV. Loved to hear them televise games. Miss them both so much!!!!

Skip and the crew converted my father-in-law, a big Cincinnati Reds fan, to the Braves in the 80's. I grew up with the Braves from age 9 in 1957 but my being a fan of the team became really special during those years with Skip and
the broadcast crew. Skip kept fans watching boring games because you just couldn't wait to hear what he would say next. My favorite one-liner of his during exciting games is "This game would make coffee nervous".
In my lifetime.....greatest of all time. Period.
