Hey Baby Brother. I just wanted to stop by and leave a note because I am thinking about you. I always think about you. I miss you so much.

It's almost that time, brother. Sitting on the same side of the world again, doesn't take that memory away. The good memories with you always outweigh the one bad that I woke up to.
Sitting at the picnic table in Mississippi, hearing the TRUE explanation of the cut on your chin (by the way, doing the worm is still not a real dance move), figuring out how you stuffed your ears into the headsets in the trucks, and many more.
I'm sure that I'd spend less time in trouble now, if I could imitate your way with people better....aaaand maybe practice a few more of the things you taught me about when to restrain myself. But since you weren't well known for restraint either, that one becomes more of a, "do as I say, not as I do."
I can say that I don't carry that mutual trust with others outside the wire that we had, but the mission goes on. I miss you brother. And for those sketchy situations in life, I might do better to ask myself, "What would Travis do?" Rest easy, and I'll see you when I get back State-side.

Hey Trav. I've been thinking about you a lot lately. I think about you all the time but it just seems like moreso these days. I miss you so much. I know you are watching over us. I love you Baby Brother.
