Sally Samuelson Obituary

Sally M. Samuelson

Passed away at her home in Seattle, Washington on September 13, 2013, after a thirteen year battle with metastatic breast cancer. She was born in Plentywood, Montana, the first child of Selmer and Arla Samuelson, and is survived by brothers Curt Samuelson and Russ Samuelson, sisters, Arlene Hove, Cleo Mack, Susan Samuelson, Lori Drew, and their families, two aunts and cousins galore. There will be a Memorial Service at St. John's Lutheran Church, rural Westby, Montana on Friday, September 27, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. Inurnment of Sally's ashes will follow, in the cemetery next to her parents, one-half mile from the family farm where she was raised. The family would like to acknowledge the extraordinary medical care and caring that Sally received at the Puget Sound Cancer Center under the supervision of Dr. Douglas Lee, and the rest of the staff. We would also like to thank Sally's dear friend, Georganne, and all of her other friends and co-workers for their loving kindnesses and dedication throughout the course of her illness, and throughout her life. Memorial contributions may be made in Sally's name to the charity of your choice. Complete obituary, photographs and guestbook can be found online at www.funerals.coop/sally-samuelson/.
