Little Charlotte Bacon. You are in God's hands now. I fight back tears just looking at the picture of a young child, still wet behind the ears. I know your parents are so very hurt and angry. God understands. You will never be forgotten. Rest in peace you little Angel. Family, my heart goes out to your family. I can't believe anyone could be so vicious. Be strong. SB
