My thoughts go out to Mr Chervokas' family. I have fond childhood memories of his creative campaign.

Instant sadness and nostalgia for me
as I read the notice of John's death.
I was a year ahead of John at Fordham and have many fond and funny memories of our days together in the Glee Club
and Booster Club. He was one of those
unique people you remember all your life. Thanks, John! Rest in Peace.

My father produced a lot of the Charmin commercials with Mr Whipple. It's a great childhood memory! Now I know where the famous phrase came from. Thank you Mr Chervokas

To the family&friends of Mr.John Chervokas may his memories bring you laughter and joy.May God continue to bless you all and hold you up in his unchaning hands.I always was fond of the slogan please don't squeeze the charmin.Mr.Chervokas will live own through this slogan ,you all just love one another and pray together the family that prays together will stay together.Just bless God for the years he gave Mr.Chervokas own earth,.Thank God for grace &mercy as you lay your love one to rest.Sleep own Mr.Chervokas your work is done on earth.

I was so fond of the Charmin commercial! Its too bad these days the commercials are now as entertaining as they used to be....Mr. Chervokas was a "genius"! May he rest in peace.
