Dame Elizabeth Murdoch was a truly remarkable woman and for decades the leading light and matriarch of a fascinating family. Her humility and concern for others was legendary. Her husband Sir Keith was an Australian war correspondent par excellence. Her family led by Rupert will mourn her passing as should all Victorians and Australians.
