Thank you for the three (3) life markers for Henry Heard Cofield, Jr., by the Cox Media Group Dayton, OH; please sign Henry's permanent guest book published online at www.Journal-News. com on about March 11, 2014; thank you for the two (2) poster border (18 x 24) prints made by Staples submitted by Henry's 2nd wife Cheryl Cofield and one (1) border (12 x 12) print composed by Henry's grown second eldest son Bill Cofield; thank you to our financial institutions for Henry and I, travels to Henry's recent late baby sister Julia Gamaliel “Jymme,” Johnson Page's final services in West Des Moines, IA (on about Monday, February 24, 2014). Thank you to Julia's husband Gerald Page and family whom also traveled from West Des Moines, IA for Henry's final services.

Henry's eldest sister Ossie Roberson Johnson and my sister Mrs. Janice Dollice Henderson (Colorado Springs, CO) both traveled to mourn the end of his life. Henry's four (4) grown children's mother including his grown son Bill all traveled with their families; his grown daughter Dee, his grown eldest son Scrap and his grown youngest son Terry all mourned the sudden end of Henry's life. Thank you for his final service programs printed by ePrintWorksPlus, LLC, thanks very much to Woodside Cemetery and Arboretum, and for any Prayers and Acknowledgements by Evangelist Evelyn Wilhight, Mrs. Annissa Roland, Ms. Phoebe Cofield and Ms. Secelia Cofield, Henry's youngest brother Robert Neal “Cotton Top” Cofield, Pallbearers, Honorary Pallbearers, Mrs. Lisa Robinson Scripture Reading and Facility Manager for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS), Bishop David D. Nall Officiating and Eulogy, a special thank you to High Priest Leon Wood, Sr., Hazel Hill Wood Musician, Carla Wood Obituary Reading and thank you to LDS Relief Society for the lunch at LDS Church auditorium and gymnasium; a few submitted memento DVD photos made by Hall-Jordan & Pretty Memorial Chapel, Arrangements by Funeral Director Alfred Milton, the II. Mrs. Janice Henderson records a short glance of Henry's visitation services.

There are many phone calls from more than a few family and friends, thanks very much Aunt Floretta Wood's daughter Debbie, Mrs. Jacqueline Clay, Leon and Roseanne Mitchell, thank you to all Lattimore, Wilson, Roberson, Cofield, Johnson, Robinson, Polley and the Henderson families; and a very best quality thank you to Roseanne “Bone” Mitchell and Henry “Rob” Robinson, Brooksie Herring, Mrs. Cynthia Orr Alfaro, Mr. Stephen and Mrs. Janice Henderson, Mr. Dana and Mrs. Regina Carpenter, Mr. Brian L. and Mrs Salume Ellyn Wilson O'dubola and family; thanks very much to all of Henry “Hammerin' Hanks” Armco Eastern Steel, Incorporation/AK Steel, Incorporation buddies (i.e. Dan Dixon, the late Bobby Miller, James “Root Man,” and Kathy Harris, Ralph Bush and Jeff Gann) and friends (i.e. Clarence and Anita Rolsin, Willie Napoleon, Ruby Carlene Clements and Leon “Woody” Wood, Sr. and family. Henry received more than a few flowers and planters. Henry, Jr., also received posthumously a Honorary United States (U.S.) Flag and a inscribed Honorary U.S. Army West Point Academy plaque presented by his son Bill a 1982 West Point Academy graduate; thank you for Henry's Garden of Sweet Memories Casket Spray paid by Standard Life Insurance Company.

Thank you to the Dermatologist, the Doctors“...Specializing in Botanical Medicine..,” thanks to the Urologist and all Surgeons, The Kidney & Hypertension Center and the Vascular Access Center, Neurologists, all Hemotology and Oncology, Pulmonary and Primary Care Physicians, all Cardiologists, all Nephrologist, all DaVita Centers, all Hospitals and thank you to all Nursing Homes in and out of town whom attended to Henry's healthcare treatments for the past 78 years; especially during the three (3) years he laid on his back; on a Back Board overcoming spinal tuberculosis as a child; Henry's personality is always of a particular quality all his life as he matures and becomes a West and Central School student now Laura Farrell Elementary School Franklin, OH; as a student on the Safety Patrol Team and Henry is promoted to Safety Patrol Lieutenant Officer; thank you to Pastoral Services Department Dale Brown Supervisor at the AtriumMedical Center Premier Health Partners and the Administrative Officer Rick -Department of Pathology Division of Autopsy Services. Also, thank you to The Kidney TRUST DaVita of Life Circle Kent Thiry CEO and Mayor of the DaVita Village “...made a donation...” In Honor of Henry H. Cofield, Jr.,'s name; a nonprofit organization which is fighting kidney disease through education and awareness.
