Curtis Caldwell, 62, of Harlan passed away Saturday, September 7, 2013, at his residence. Born October 10, 1950 in Wallins, he was a U.S. Army veteran and believed in the Holiness faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel Caldwell and Aretha Hensley Caldwell; two brothers, Ben Hensley and Mack Howard; three sisters, Faye Lankford, Imogene Saylor and Ruth Lerwill.
Curtis is survived by his daughter, Melinda Wilson and husband, Michael, Pathfork; one brother, Billy Ray Howard and wife, Louise, Harlan; three sisters, Ruby Caldwell, Loyall; Jessie Saylor, Wallins and Alice Fern Noe and husband, Bill, Wallins.
Also surviving are several nieces and nephews including a special niece, Faithann Muncy and a special nephew, Wilson Muncy.
Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday, September 11, 2013, in the Old Creech Cemetery, Wallins, Ky with Reverend Jeff Mills officiating.
Harlan Honor Guard will perform Military Rites and will serve as pallbearers.
