WALLINS CREEK — Don E. Ball, age 71, of Wallins Creek passed away May 25, 2015 at his residence. He was born January 22, 1944 in Harlan to the late John Earl and Verna Garrett Ball. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy.
Besides his parents he is preceded in death by brothers, John Earl, Jr., David Ball, Willard Huston Ball, sisters, Jeannie Lee Taylor, Kathleen Asbury, and Anna Lee Martin.
Survivors include brothers, Ronnie Glen Ball and Vernon D. Ball both of Wallins Creek, sisters, Fannie Alice Long of Wallins Creek, Maggie Ethel Daugherty of Mason, OH, and Nola Gail Sizemore of Catrons Creek, special nephews, Terry, Sonny, Mike, and Johnny "Butch" Taylor.
Visitation will be Friday, May 29 from 1 to 3PM at Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral will be at 3PM in the chapel of Mount Pleasant with Rev. Freeman Clark officiating. Burial will be at the Garrett Cemetery Sawbriar, KY with friends and family serving as pallbearers. Military Rites will be performed by the Harlan Honor Guard.

So glad I found where he lived and I stopped and talked with him for awhile...glad I did....he was always a friend...sorry to see him go..
