Cecilia Michell Obituary
Cecilia (Pasternak) Michell, beloved wife of the late Frank I. Michell, died on November 28, 2013 in Annandale, VA. She was born in 1920 in Rockville, CT, daughter of Ignacy Pasternak and Sophia (Dobosz) Pasternak. She was employed for many years as an executive secretary with the Aetna and with G. Fox and Co. She is survived by her daughter Pamela L. Michell of Falls Church, VA, granddaughter and husband, Gillian and James Penn, and great granddaughters Cadence and Allegra Penn of Fairfax, VA, as well as two sisters, Laura Banas and Doris Garstka, and numerous nieces and nephews. Her husband of 65 years, Frank Michell, died in November 2011. She was pre-deceased by her four brothers, Carl, Felix, Alexander, and Robert and one sister, Christine Demorat. A funeral Mass will be held at St. Peter Claver Church, 47 Pleasant St., West Hartford at 10 am on Wednesday, December 4, with interment immediately following at Riverside Cemetery in Farmington.
