I have told others that Prof Friedman was responsible for me graduating. He was very supportive when I got discouraged with the night classes,(I was working full-time) and I consider, went beyond his obligation to help me by outlining every course I needed to fulfill the requirements, and even signing me up for many of the required courses. I am greatly saddened from his passing.
