How sad I was to receive news of Barbara's death from Rabbi Cantor while I'm visiting in Florida. Barbara and I were professional colleagues and friends for several decades. I valued her professional knowledge, passion, support and leadership. I also cherished her company on our many outings over the years to concerts, dance programs, art museums, lectures and Judaic events. Our more recent mutual interests included our attendance at Rabbi Cantor's monthly rosh chodesh study group and chatter about our precious granddaughters. Barbara's death leaves a big void in my heart and life. Jennifer, Eli, Elizabeth and Madeline - may you find comfort in knowing that Barbara touched countless lives in very important ways. Her memory will surely be for a blessing.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Bard family, always. The Taylors
A wonerful, one-of-a-kind in every way. A dear friend to many. There will be no one like Barbara - so much caring and humor.
She was an amazing lady! We will all miss her very much!
Proud to have worked with Barbara.
