Dear Paul & Sandra,

My heartfelt sympathy in the loss of your dear Dad.

It is not until one lives the experience that one can say, "I do understand".

May God Bless you during this difficult time in your lives. May all the happy memories you've shared over the years help suffice your great loss in the days that follow.

Sincere Sympathy & Love,
Rose Bilow

Chuck Family-
I will always remember the Mr. Softee guy in my neighborhood in Rockville in the 1960's. I didn't know his name then and it didn't seem to matter to a kid, but I always remembered him. Sometimes you could still get an ice cream cone, even if you were a little short of change. My sincere condolences.
