Keith Carter was called home on September 28, at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT. He was born on July 6th, 1954 to parents: Kenneth and Yvonne. He is survived by wife Dionne Tate, 11 children: Erica (Fred), Loren (Jose), Keith Jr. (Ebone) Derrick (Diana), Akeem (Cherylyn), Zena (Steven), Roman, Joshua, Marvline, Dionnica, and Michael; 27 grand children, and 4 great grand children. His mother Yvonne, and 3 brothers: Kenneth, Michael and Gary, 3 sisters: Marilyn, Loren, and Erica, long with several nieces, nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, in-laws, and friends. Funeral service will be Monday, October 5, 2015, 9 a.m. with viewing to be held Sunday, October 4, 2015, 1pm-4 pm at All Faith Memorial Chapel, 90 John Fitch Blvd. South Windsor, CT.

grandpa... I really miss you I wish I could just have one more day with you.. just to say "i love you" one more time October 4, was the last day I seen you and it was a way i never thought I would see you. a way I never wanted to see you . I remember I gave you a kiss on your cheek... your face was a just cold it just felt like the end.. I worked at Blue Hills Family Medicine and I was fortunate to have met Keith. Over the years he became not only a patient, but a friend to all of us. Keith could make anyone smile and always had a joke to tell. I am so sorry for your loss. He will be missed.
