Phil will be missed by all. Phil was a very special person as he always had a kind word for everyone. I personally will miss hearing Phil on the potato net.

My deepest sympathy to the wife and family. I'm glad I had the opportunity to meet Phil in person. He was a friend and is missed by all. This is not good by Phil, It is I'll see you again. Larry KB1CWO

Mrs. Dunn, Family and Friends,
I have just received an email from a member of our Ham radio community informing me of the recent passing of Phil Dunn, WB1EXV, our very well liked Ham radio friend. Although I have been unable to check into the "Maine Potato Net" over the past few months by using my Ham radio, I have chatted with Phil many times during the past several years. It was always a pleasure to "rag chew" with Phil in the evenings when checking into the "Maine Potato Net". We covered a variety of topics ranging from local weather conditions, ham radio, our daily activities and just about any subject but religion and politics. He was always a gentleman and was willing to share his experience and offer suggestions to anyone in need. He would openly welcome and encourage newcomers to the ham radio hobby. Phil will be missed by his many Ham friends. My sincere sympathy to his family and friends. I will keep Phil and his family in my thoughts and prayers. Ed WB1DSG, Falmouth (on Cape Cod), Massachusetts.
