This news of Beverly has saddened me so very much. To her family, I wish to express my deepest sympathy and love. Beverly was such a dear friend to me and Ann Batcheldor Richardson during our days at M.S.C.W. Beverly and I roomed together one summer at the U. of Alabama and had such fun. Years went by following college, marriage, and children, but a couple of years ago, Ann and I were able to make contact with Beverly again. What a wonderful phone conversation I had with her!

Beverly's warm smile and sweet spirit shall always remain in my memory. Each evening during summer school, she played the piano while we waited for dinner to be served---such a treat.

Her kindness and generosity of talents will be remembered by many. I am grateful to have known her.

Dorris Wheeler and I, Ann Batcheldor Merlino Richardson, began searching for Beverly about 2 years ago. We attended MSCW and Univ of Alabama together. Beverly and I roomed together, transferred to Ala, and were sisters. Beverly and I had lunch in Murrells Inlet probably a little over a year ago. My Christmas card this past year was returned. I made a trip to the beach and the gated community would not let me enter. The person I spoke with said she would give Beverly the message that we were trying to reach her. Now I wish I had been more insistent about a contact. I began trying to contact her once again and decided to do a google search where I found this information. I will pass this on to Dorris. We had great fun reconnecting, catching up on family and our lives. After school, marriage and moving overseas keeping in contact was difficult. And to think we were living so close to each other for several years. Wasted time we could have enjoyed together. I will call Dorris and I know she will be devastated as I am. We send our love and heart felt wishes to Jack and her children and family. Her beautiful voice and love of bridge brings back many fond memories. Ann Batcheldor 803-551-1026

My sympathy goes out to the family during your time of grief. May God's loving-kindness comfort you and help you through this difficult time. (Psalm 119:50,76)

So sorry of your loss. Beverly was a great lady and one of my former class mates.
