Gertrude Lott, 90, died Saturday, November 24, 2012 at Forrest General Hospital. Services will be Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. at Moore Funeral Home in Petal followed by burial in Green's Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Mike Routon will officiate the services.

Mrs. Lott was a member of Green's Creek Baptist Church. She was a seamstress at Big Yank, and a cashier at USM. She was also a member of the Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Anna Pittman; husband, Bruce Lott; and son, Prentiss Harvey.

She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Billy Ray and Marie Harvey of Petal; step-son, D.W. Lott of Petal; Sister, Lillie Mae Blakney of Taylorsville; a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:30 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. at Moore Funeral Home in Petal.
