CREEDIA ALICE RICHARDS MANNS, 92, of Huntington, W.Va., passed away on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, W.Va. She was born November 23, 1921, in W.Va., the daughter of the late Martin Richards Sr., and Edith Richards. She was formerly employed at Allied Precision in Florida. And member of the Good Shepherd Freewill Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by her husband Wiley Harmon Manns Sr.; one son, Wiley Manns Jr., and three brothers, Frank, Leroy and Junior Richards. She is survived by four daughters and their husbands, Gladys and Richard Eplion of Huntington, W.Va., Margaret and Dennis Caudle of Imperial Mo., Nell Ann and John Herbert of Holiday, Fla., and Vida and Richard Sexton of Huntington, W.Va.; three sons, George Manns of Holiday, Fla., Maxie Manns of Huntington, W.Va., and Kenneth Richards of Cross City, Fla.; three sisters, Nell Judah of Holiday, Fla., Sarah Raines of Chapmanville, W.Va., and Biddie Ball of Pecks Mill, W.Va.; three brothers, Roland and Dottie Richards, Hobert and Robbie Richards and Martin and Jeanie Richards, all of Holiday, Fla.; twenty-eight grandchildren; forty-one great-grandchildren and four great- great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 26, 2014, at Henson & Kitchen Mortuary, Huntington, W.Va. near Barboursville with Rev. Jason Black and Rev. Richard Sexton officiating. Burial will follow in the Warrick Cemetery, Lincoln, County, W.Va. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
