Stanford was a great uncle and I will miss him. I saw him when I was back there a few years ago and he was exactly as I remembered him. Becky and Patty were so lucky to have him as a Dad.

Well, Patty--I was banging on Stanford's door for several days back in December attempting to see you two. I had no idea he was even ill.
Your father -- funny, sweet, generous, polite, witty, business savvied, handsome!, socially connected, such the Gentleman, always welcoming and did I say funny? Stanford Maynard laughing that great big wonderful way he had with me in his kitchen--always will be my first and best memory of your warm and wonderful father. xoxoxoxoxo

Sorry to hear the loss of Stanford. Our family always loved and thought very highly of the Maynards. You're in my prayers. Janice Gartin Bailey
