I worked for Mr. Teele in Washington, DC, UMTA in 1981. He was the kindest man and mentor I have ever worked for. To his family - I am sincerely sorry for your tragic loss. God bless you all.

Arthur III & Family,

My sincere prayers are with you during this difficult time. Your father was a man that helped individuals all over this country. His spirit lives on in you. As I am reminded of my father's memory, his spirit and his teachings remain in me. My father pastored for over 38 years in the cities of Apalachicola, FL and Panama City, FL and endured many trials and tribulations in that walk. However, there was a song that he sung often at the end of his many sermons. That song reads, I am not tired, I am not worried on this journey, I am not tired, I am not worried on this way, for the Lord is my captain and he has brought me safe thus far, that is why I am not tired, I am not worried on this way. Arthur, hold on to GOD's unchanging hand and wait on him. He will see you safely through.

GOD Bless,

Christine S. Rogers, Tallahassee, FL

Thirty-two years ago I knew you were destined to do great things and you have done many good things for your community far and near. Every once in a while I would see or read something that would tell me I was right. My heart was saddened as I looked up at the news and hearing of what had occurred. Many will miss all that you have done and all that you were unable to complete. May the Lord Bless and Keep all that was near and dear to you until you are once again united.

Our deepest sympathies are with the Teele family. Only God knows why such sadness and tragedy exists, and He always is with us throughout, giving us strength to go on. Mrs. Teele, I know this is particularly difficult following the loss of your dear sister Renay, but take comfort that they are together watching over you and the rest of the family. May God grant you comfort, peace and blessings.
