To freddies wonderful family, I knew Freddie for so many years sharing patients as one of the hospital podiatrists while he was an attending. Freddie was humble about his accolades and had an astute knowledge of medicine and diagnostic acumen and it was always rewarding to see his patients. Moreover as his podiatrist, we exchanged many wonderful stories of our children and grandchilden but most of all how Fred cherished his entire family.I will miss his humor and our academic conversations sharing his world of experience and accomplishments at Yale and NIH. We had an additional bond when I shared my daughter Amanda's experience at NIH and Beth Israel. My warmest thoughts are with you at this time...Jerry Carmel

To Freddie's entire family.....thinking of you all at this time and wishing my sincere condolences. He fought the good fight and a great guy is gone. May his memory be a continued source of blessing.
Much love.

I have always remembered Dr. Rosenbloom as a caring man and he was so interested in so many things that surrounded his life. I thank him for taking such good care of me as his patient for many years. I send my sincerest condolences to his family who he loved dearly.

So sorry for your loss. Ami I remember visiting you and your parents years ago and I can picture him sitting there looking at the view you mentioned. I hope you find solace in happy memories of this special man.

Mickey, our deepest sympathy to you and your family. On a personal note, I valued Freddy's friendship and the counsel he provided to me when I took over as chair of the Johns Hopkins South Florida alumni chapter. Freddy was a bright star and a real gentleman, and the world was a better place because of all he accomplished.
