What a true friend George was! He would do anything for you that he could! He was one of a kind! Always laughing, telling jokes, playing practical jokes, and making others laugh. We were friends for more than 60 years, and he was a special guy whom I miss greatly. He lived right down the street from me, and we would see each other often. Our deepest condolences to all of his family in their loss. May God bless you and give you peace.

I have always considered George one of my favorite school mates. He was always fun and had something good to say that would make me laugh. I was sort shy but not for long, I started singing in the Jackson Chorus. You have my deepest sympathy for losing him from your lives. He was a great guy. May God give you peace to handle these trying times. Sincerely, Claudia Keen Arthur.

George,,, Remember me,,, Ruth Gonzalez from Santa Cara Elementry School. In the 6th Grade, we were at Betty's Birthday Party, and you were spining the bottle. I got "my first kiss" from you,,,, you Cassanova? I'll see you in Heaven, for another kiss.
George was a loveable, dynamic, person whose lust for life was contagious. Odds are he'll have God laughing in due time.
No one, and I mean no one has ever made me laugh more or harder than George Jammel. A quick mind and even quicker wit were his trade marks. He never stopped. Space does not permit the listing of the practical jokes he pulled on me and others. He was a one-of-a-kind and he made my life more fun for the 65+ years that I knew him. God bless you George and may you continue to play practical jokes on your fellow angels on the other side. Keep'em laughing George!
I have fond memories of George and will never forget him. You all are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time xoxoxoxo
