It is a very sad day. Prayers to Herm's family that he loved so much. He inspired me over the years to live a healthy life. We will miss you Herm.

It was a pleasure knowing and working with Herm for the eight years that I was a leader for WW in Miami. I came to know him first while working in another franchise, and was glad to see a familiar face when I moved back to Miami. He was kind, and charming and had a killer sense of humor. As much as Weight Watchers was such a large part of his life, everyone always knew it was his famiy that was first with Herm. He will be missed, by all who knew him. May God Bless and keep His hand on his lovely wife and family. My heart felt sympathy, Colleen Blackmon

Herm was Mr.Weight Watchers! I looked forward to seeing him every week. So sweet, understanding, so lighthearted. Had a way of making you feel so positive and good about yourself. Spoke of his family often with loving stories. Every time I open a package of Oreos I think of him. There was just no excuse for eating another cookie "just because it was broken". He came to the funeral when I lost my husband. Loved his thoughtfulness, loved his ties...loved the man! He will be missed by so many. There will never be another Herm. Cherish all the sweet memories. Love and prayers for him and his family, Yvonne
