I have received many stories about my mother, Judy, so I will share them with you. Mary Ellen remembers the Saturday before Judy passed away, they were at work (Chamber of Commerce) and noticed the sarrongs(cover-up for the beach) were not selling. Of course, Judy grabs one, puts it over her clothes and walks around at work with it on, assisting customers. A family is drawn to her kindness, genuine conversations and she sells 4 of them to this family. Mary Ellen also shared how customers would call and as for Judith and sometimes Judy was busy assisting other customers. Mary Ellen would offer to help them and they would say, "no I will wait for Judith."
"Customers just loved her because she was so good to them", Mary Ellen shared with me. She will also miss their walks in the park, doing their shoulder exercises and the many different restaurants they tried together.
Rest in peace, Mom!!
We miss you so much!!!
I miss your enduring smile!!!!
