A beautiful love story. The football player and the cheerleader. He was a brother to me and was always there for me. Ted truly loved his wife, his children and his friends. A truly remarkable man. RIP.

Dear Sallie,
Our thoughts are with you always. We have so many wonderful memories of our times together with you and Ted over these many years. The MHS years and numerous reunions, Hall of Fame dinners, our canoeing adventures, visits to Pompano, Fishing trips, and getting stuck out in the ocean, the many parties - especially the Kentucky Derbies and gold schlagen. We will miss Ted dearly but are so pleased to have been part of your lives together and will always be a part of yours in the future.
With much Love and Admiration,

Rest in peace Ted! You left a mark all Miami High grads would be honored to follow. You will always be remembered for your service to our country and setting the example of a "never give up" attitude for us all to live by. God bless you and your family!
