Dad, your passing has been the hardest thing I've ever experienced. Your celebration of life turned out wonderful. We put together an unforgettable slide show of memories throughout the years! The turnout was amazing, just like you. I will never forget all the great times we had. You were the best dad ever. I will never forget you. I want to thank you for teaching me every thing that you did through the years. I'm happy to have had you in my life for so long. Not everyone gets to have their parents grow old. I so enjoyed all the laughter, the bowling leagues, the parties, just the every day spending time together. I love you with all my heart and always will. I will never forget the memories we made. Nor will I forget how happy you were all the time. When going through the pictures for the slide show, you were smiling in almost all of them. Just shows how happy and what a great life you had. And I'm proud to have been such a big part of it. Not a day goes by that I don't think about you, and I truly miss you terribly. I'm trying to be strong for mom, because she is pretty lost. We all are. Just trying to adjust until we are together again. Thank you for being there for all of us always. You are truly the most amazing man I ever met. You are so loved. It broke my heart to watch you go, but knowing you are no longer suffering is comforting. We will always love you and the memories we shared will be held in my heart forever. Until we meet again, God Bless You!! Love, from your daughter, Bitsy, aka Gloria Ruuth
