Jacob Ryan Bradley In Loving Memory Jacob Ryan Bradley passed away on December 16, 2013 in the loving arms of his mom and dad. Born on March 27, 1992 he was the youngest son of Scott and Julie Bradley, Dundee, Oregon, formally of Everett, Washington. He leaves behind his brother, Jeffrey and sister, BreeAnn Bradley; his grandparents, Martin and Kathy Bradley of Everett, Washington; grandfather, Kenneth McCammon and Sylvia, of Arlington, Washington; and many cousins, aunts and uncles. Jake was preceded in death by his grandmother, Gilberta (Punky) McCammon; and a cousin, Brant Boushey. A memorial will be held in Newberg at 3:00 p.m. on December 29th at the Family Life Church. Jake was one of a small group of Rhizo kids in the world and will be greatly missed. Arrangements are in the care of Newberg Funeral Chapel, a Golden Rule Funeral Home.
