2013. Thanksgiving Day coming up - Janette's special holiday each year to hostess and to share with family.
It cannot be the same without her.
We will spend the day thinking of her and how she gave unconditional love to us all.

Boyd, Cheri, Vicki and Clint, How do I say goodbye to a special sister-in- law and special friend. Our visits were not often enough but packed with interesting things to do and places to see. She always had that bag of cookies for us to enjoy. I really liked to visit when the garden beans
were ready to eat-Yum. She always made the most of every day and every event making friends everywhere. Janette and I loved to sit in the living room and read or work crossword puzzles. She said I was better at puzzles--I was not but like always she liked to make a friend feel good

I will always remember what a tough, yet kind woman Janette was…I will remember her beautiful smile forever…some fun memories of all of us getting together when younger. I loved when she told the story of how you two met Boyd…
I bet those kids on the school bus listened to her, because she seemed to have a way to keep order in her tough—but kind—way.
I am so glad I got to know her…and am so sorry for you and your family's loss. Am thinking about you and sending prayers and big hugs your way!

She will be missed by many, and was a wonderful inspiration to everyone in the horse community! O-MOK-SEE won't be the same without you, I hope the horses are fast in heaven. RIP cowgirl

Her courage, her dedication to her family and friends, her faith; examples for us all. Janette always had time for her extended family as well.
She was my sister-in-law in fact and my sister in spirit. Her acceptance of me and mine was unshakable. Her Thanksgiving dinners and other family events, her "sister" luncheons with Gladys and I, her deliveries of cheese balls, her giving of time and effort when we needed it on our move, etc., and 55 years of other memories that she always made fun and enjoyable. She was always gracious and loving.
There is a big hole in my heart yet I can feel her say, "I am at peace, you can't be bothered by the past. Now live your life with courage as I did".
A great, special lady and yes, my friend as well.
