My condolences to the Modica Family. Dr. Modica was always looking toward the positive outcome, and he was the most pleasant man. i respected him and his demeanor, and was honored to know him through Steve and Chris while in Westchester Co., NY., He is in my thoughts, as is Mrs. Modica and Chris.

Fond Memories of Uncle Freddy,

I was touched by the long arm of Uncle Freddy during my engagement to his niece Vicki. His nephew Jim and I were recruited to join him in one of his early money making ventures. The challenge was to make extra money in our spare time working for Grace China selling both China and cookware to women with marriage plans on the horizon.

Jim and I experienced the business side of Uncle Freddy as he provided advice on demonstrating the product line and guiding women through the purchasing process.

We have fond memories of Uncle Freddy as uncle, businessman and most importantly a man who put his family first.

Vicki and I will always remember him and keep him in our prayers.
