Diane, When I think about your mom, my aunt, I have such wonderful memories of holidays, birthdays and just regular days spent together. She was always there for us when we needed her and she will truly be missed. Love you, Rich & Cherry

Diane, my life is better for having known your Mom, Janie. My childhood was richer because of Janie. Although, I am ten years younger, the youngest and only girl in a family of all Brothers, the McNaney girls who lived next door treated me like a princess. Janie had a particular sweetness about her. I loved them. Because of their love, kindness and care I have wonderful memories.
As a ten year, they allowed me to hang out as they readied for weekend dates. Observing these beautiful girls apply makeup and do their hair was magical for me. Never once did I feel unwelcome in the McNaney home. Janie was a very good person and raised lovely you, Diane. Sadly, I have not seen you since CT days; however, the family has kept me updated.
I once visited Janie and Bill and Diane in Illinois with two of my little girls in the 60's. ...great memory.. Diane, I know your loss is beyond words. May you and your Mom's inner strength and deep faith sustain you through this difficult time. Betty, I think of you and send my condolences in the loss of your sister and friend. Peace.
