Me and my Dad had a lot of fun times together. I remember our bike rides around town, where we would discover new streets or trails in the woods, which was always fun. I remember going on the legacy trail with him months ago in South Venice, where we rode down the intercoastal waterway, went to the Venice fishing pier, had lunch as Sharky's (which he was upset they weren't open before 11 for a beer haha) My Dad loved his truck, I remember him flooring it. I remember the sound of it when he came to my house I could heard that V8 motor in the driveway from inside. I also remembered the times we hiked in the woods in the N.P. estate park and that was always a fun time. He was a funny person, he said so many things that I can't say here. As difficult as this is to accept, I find peace in knowing we hung out a lot and he even himself told me that life is precious you gotta enjoy it while it lasts. I'm sure there are other memories that I could share, but they are within me and they are a part of me. I wanna thank my Dad for helping me paint my house, tuning up my bike and much more. I choose to remember the good, the funny times where you edged me to buy more bud light while you were at my house, or when you farted in public at walmart or whereever and said "What's that?" Those are the kind of times I'll remember. I hope you enjoyed this tribute to you Dad I wish I wasn't writing it under these circumstances but our memories will be a part of who I am always.
