Marsha was the best neighbor I could ever ask for. I enjoyed our talks. My kids knew her from the school and LOVED her.
Prayers to the family.

I am so sorry for your loss. Marsha was an inspiration to many. Marsha was a great friend to my sister, Kim. They had so much fun together growing up on Brinson Street. Kim and I were talking yesterday about how Marsha always made her laugh no matter what. She was always so much fun, Kim said.
When we connected on Facebook, Marsha was always so determined and encouraging, particularly about her weight loss. She would take selfies once in a while to show her progress. I was so happy for her and I was encouraged for my own weight loss by her positive attitude and perseverance. She walked miles a day which I never could have done. She was so positive about her illness even when she was feeling bad. She was going to beat cancer's butt, she said. She was the most positive person I ever knew. Thank you , Marsha, for being mine and Kim's friend throughout the years. You will always be remembered.

Thoughts and Prayers go out to Family and Friends of Marsha. I was Blessed to have known her and have many memories to cherish. Love and Hug's go out to her husband Dennis, and their son's Mark and Matt. Marsha will be missed by so many...

I am so sorry for your loss... our loss. I think I first met Marsha in the early 90's. Whether it was thru our ties with the Youth Assistance Program, the Wyandotte Public School system, the childcare, or the gym, our lives have been intertwined for years. Always have known Marsha to have positive words of encouragement for everyone and a tremendous love for her family. She glowed with pride when it came to talking about them or showing off pictures! I really had high hopes that Marsha would have this licked and still be with us healthier than ever. Well, now she is cheering her Seahawks from above and more importantly her family as she is now your personal guardian angel to watch over you. May she rest in peace and happiness now.
