Karen Thibodeaux, 54, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Labadieville, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2015.
Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. until funeral time Thursday, April 23, at St. Philomena Catholic Church in Labadieville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.
She is survived by her husband, Corey Thibodeaux; son, Jason Charlet and wife, Crystal; sisters, Mrs. Samuel (Patricia) Gonzales, Mrs. Danny (Sue) Morvant, Mrs. Reed (Debra) Ordoyne, Mrs. Bobby (Sandra) Chiasson and Mrs. Jody (Janus) Naquin; and grandchildren, Maya Charlet and Maddox Charlet.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Glisson L. "Cat" Simoneaux and Cecile D. Benoit Simoneaux.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her name may be made to the St. Philomena Restoration Fund.
Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
