R.I.P Regan!!
You are loved by many people and will be truely missed. I'm really going to miss seeing you sitting in your recycliner and joking with me about all of JJ's pink tack and many other crazy jokes. Oh plus, you and Stacy telling me stories about your younger years. Regan, you was a great friend to me and ill truely miss you.
Regan, I'll be there for Stacy as much as possible as I can be between my work and my over time schedule.

Your Friend Always,
Izzy, Cw, & JJ

Reagan left a huge legacy, both professionally and personally with the City of La Porte. He was one of the few remaining city employees who invested almost half his life working to make La Porte and better place.

Almost every public facility from parks, sidewalks, trails, police and fire stations, swimming pools, spray grounds, animal shelters, rodeo arenas, libraries, etc., owes its existence to Reagan.

In the process, Reagan forged strong and enduring relationships with his employees, directors, coworkers, contractors, engineers, administrators and elected officials.

Reagan had the office next to mine in City Hall and would get a phone call from his mom every morning to make sure he was going to drop by her house at lunch...and he did.

Reagan's legacy will live forever with everyone who was fortunate enough to work with him and call him their friend.
