Never will forget Gerald. Was there for me at the 12th hour and always guided me when I needed his help. Good man and will be missed
You were a great boss! You had an amazing personality and treated everyone equally. I had the honor and privilege to work at your law firm back in the mid 90's (on Augusta & San Felipe.) Rest in peace Mr. DeNisco.
I worked next to Gerry at Century Development and introduced him to his wife Jackie. He was a fabulous person, played the piano and sang and was a great lawyer that handled all of my family affairs. I tried to hire him for an issue with my Mom in Aug/Sept 2012 and learned of his fight. I loved this man as a friend and will miss that smile and the sound of his laughter and will be forever in my heart. I miss you my old friend.
Gerald was one of a kind. His larger than life personality made him a guy you looked forward to seeing. Michelle, your father spoke of you often. He was so proud of you. His love for you and your family will reign on. I hope you find comfort in knowing that. He is now watching over you. He will be missed. Our hearts and prayers go out to Michelle, Emma and Chris.
Thank you Jerry for taking a chance on me as a young attorney. Your wit and charm made it fun and rewarding. Thanks for all you did as a mentor for me and others. I have thought of you often and am saddened by your untimely passing. May your family be comforted by such a rich legacy until they meet you again on life's distant shore.
I was shocked on just reading in the South Texas Law School quarterly about Jerry's untimely death. Jerry and I were close running buddies in law school and he graciously sang at my wedding in 73. You will be missed my dear friend. Rest easy.
Just found out that he's gone. I remember that his daughter was always first in his life and he ALWAYS had a tremendous respect for her mother. I've thought of him every time I have handled a divorce case because of his grace. He is the reason I became a lawyer.
Michelle, Toni, and family, it was an honor to have such a friend that was always so respectful, loving, and kind to all our family. We knew Jerry so long, he helped us all. He would light up when he would talk about his daughter. He was a very proud and happy man and he will be missed by everyone. God Bless your family, and We will miss you our dear friend.
Thank you for being a part of our family. You are an amazing man and will be missed. I am glad I got to know you.

Michelle and Emma~
You two meant the world to him. When I spoke with him last week, he was so happy that you all would be together for the holidays this year. He so wanted to watch precious little Emma open up gifts. I know this is hard for you darling, but you must be strong for your husband and baby girl. Know that he is with God now, watching over you, your husband and that beautiful little girl.
If at death we are conscious of nothing at all - Ecclesiastes 9:5, then we who are alive should make an effort to show our loved ones how much we truly care about them while they can still feel and appreciate it.
I will think of him often and no less often now that he is in a better place. He was a special person.
Mr. Denisco was one of the nicest men I've ever met. I am so sorry that he is no longer with us. As much as we hated to know him under the circumstances that we did, we did so love knowing him. I am sad that his granddaughter didn't have more time with him. Toni thanks for taking such good care of him. You were such a blessing to him.
Jerry was one of my favorite people I have ever met in my career as a musician. He was always fun, funny and charismatic. I'd get him up to sing with me often. He was truly one of a kind and he was my friend. We will all miss you Jerry...Rest in Peace...
I have such fond memories of Gerry from our law school years. We all enjoyed his charm, wit, cooking, and Sinatra singing voice.
My prayers are with his family and friends.
Gerald DeNisco was a friend to my parents for more than 40 years. He loved life. He was a great friend. Always postive and ready to help. As a lawyer, he was always there for us when we needed him. He was great litigator who owned the courtroom and made his work look easy. I am proud to have known him. We will miss him and always keep him in our memories the way he lived.
I will lift my glass to honor to a very likeable adversary. RIP
Our sincere condolences to the family. Jerry was a good friend when we lived in Houston. He will be missed.
