Frances Preson was a very special lady. She came to Carthage, Texas back in 1996 to present an award to Mary Reeves. She had such kind words to say about Mary and Jim and for that I will be eternally grateful. My thoughts and prayer are with the family as I know she will leave a large void in their lives.
