Janis was the love of my life from 1986 to 1995 wen I moved bak home to Milwaukee. We had much fun together: boating, water n snow skiing, swiming, camping and traveling together with our family, Daina(our child together), David, n Jenifer, a daughter from my first marriage. She was always alot of fun, a smile on her face n a joke ready to be told. Throughout our many trips around Texas, up north to Wisconsin,
skiing in New Mexico n finally to Los Angeles sightseeing, she demonstrated a love for life, a corny, goofy n contagious sense of humor n finally a true reverence for existence which we all could appreciate. May her soul rest in peace...

Dear David, Daina, Carolyn, Melissa and family: When I think of Janice I see her in her band/drill team white uniform and boots with tassles on them. She was a natural beauty. She was always upbeat and laughing. I will always remember her voice. She didn't sweat the small stuff. She just lived life. Janice was a living testament of what a true friend can be. I will miss her always. Love, Carolyn Alexander
