To All Who have written here....I (and I know Marybeth would also) thank you for all the kind words. I learned a lot from this love of my life. My life will never be the same having met her and enjoying the time we had. I mourn this loss everyday. I look so forward to joining her again in the future. I will always try to continue on remembering the way she approached life and death and incorporate it in the way I finish out my journey here. I feel for everyone who's lost a loved one. The best we can do is to remember that life is short and that we should try to live it to the fullest and in a Positive Way.

I think about you a little bit almost every day. I even bought a decorative metal peacock! That one won't eat all of my flowers. You always said you had your friend's backs, and I'm sure you still do now. Loyal and true, that's you. You definately made a mark that cannot be erased! Still love you!

Mary Beth was so full of life and love. I always looked forward to seeing her to see what hat she would be wearing the next time. Mary Beth and Perons love story is an inspiration to us all. Mary Beth will be greatly missed. Lots of love and prayers going out to the family.

I will miss my camping buddy. The first time we all got together at North Park in Canyon Lake to camp, we had a blast! Mary Beth fit in with all of us crazy girls. (and guys...of course) She went walking through the woods spying on people with us. She was so much fun. We had so many fun nights at The Sidecar Pub. The crawfish boils were so much fun with MeBe and Peron there. They always set up a huge tent for everyone and provided music. The next morning, we all sat at a table drinking coffee and everything else in a bottle and MeBe was in her robe. If it was cold she had fuzzy slippers and if it was hot she was barefoot. She was such a fixture in our world. We miss you terribly! But you will never be forgotten! I'm so thankful for all of the great memories she gave me. I feel so blessed that she shared a part of her life with me. May God wrap his loving arms around her family and loved ones during this difficult time.

Through loss is to gain. On a sad day in my life, I gained a wonderful family and a friend I will forever cherish. Your infectous lust for life is so contagious. Just being with you is such a pleasure. If anyone enjoyed life more than you, I haven't met them. And I doubt I ever will. Except maybe Pat. At least you got it honest. I will miss my calls, "Do you want to get together for a beer?" Oh, by the way, thanks for my beer glass fetish! I miss you, but you will always be in my heart. You, and your family, were there when I was at my lowest and made feel needed. Thank you Mary Beth, for being the beautiful person you are, both spiritually and physically. I cherish having known you. I am so lucky to have you in my life.

MaryBeth was so much more than a cousin to me. She was my godmother, my friend, and my ally when I really needed it. I will always remember her as someone who cared deeply and gave entirely. She gave everyone and every moment in life a full heart, and I will always respect her for that. She never let 'life' get in the way, and instead embraced it!

I will miss our coffees to catch up, her unwavering spirit and stamina, and more than anything, her hugs!

It is hard to imagine my family and world without MeBe in it, but I know in my heart that she will continue to watch over me and smile from above.

Rest in Peace Meebs!

So so sorry to hear the news. Such a beautiful person. I got my first Bug thanks to her and Peron. Just so sad. Prayers Going Up!

What can I say....you were greatly loved by all who knew you and met you. I still remember the little girl who would love to spend the night with her "Aunt MeMe" and together you, Guen and I would tear apart rags to curl your hair with! Boy, you two thought you were "hot stuff" once I brushed out your beautiful blonde curls!

I have a lot of fond memories of love and laughter that I will always hold close to my heart. Your life was short; but you had an exciting one! You had met and fell in love with your soul mate, Peron. I still remember one of my daughters asking "how do you know if you are in LOVE....." I simply told her to look at the relationship Mary Beth and Peron had for their love was truly special and lasting.

We always shared the love for decorating and I find myself finding little things in the stores and thinking "Mary Beth would get a kick out of that." Thanks for letting me be a part of life; I love you!

Say hello to Bryan for me and I'll see you both another day.

MaryBeth
You are more than just my cousin. You are my friend, my teacher, and the one that means the most to me with the biggest honor is my Big Sis. The memories of laughter and tears will always be a part of me and be cherished. I will share with my children, the fond memories and stories of you, who you have dearly touched in their short lives. You definitely had an impact on everyone you met. The day you passed Brianna told me “it's okay Momma, MaryBeth is in Heaven watching out for us and is dancing around.”

I totally believe you are watching over us. So there will not be a day that I look up to the skies and find that brightest star and wish you were still here.
You are a STAR and one of the brightest ones above. You always lit up the room with your personality, smile, and definitely with your style (sparkly accessories and fun clothing). I will always cherish our time canning, cruising up and down FM 1960 on St. Patty's day, searching for that cute little black dress for homecoming, doing my makeup and our trip to Nacogdoches in which we found my first rental with of course the PINK bedroom znd the many more memories I have. The endless trips to College Station (bonfire and hurricane escapee) were exciting and crazy. I know I would've stayed the little naïve girl I was if it wasn't for you saving me.

Peron you and MaryBeth were my image of true love. I remember when I first met you at my mom's house. You and MeBe were so young. It was cute to see the special looks you both shared when you caught the other one looking. And to this day your face lights up whenever you see a picture or someone speaks of her. Your love for each other was what every girl dreams about…. Falling in love with a man who is willing to go far and above to love the woman he married. Your love was one of the strongest bonds I have witnessed in my life. My heart aches for the pain you are going through.
Aunt Pat your love for your daughter was a special bond which included a loving relationship and friendship. You both had very elegant taste in jewelry and style. I know you will miss her dearly. My heart aches for you.

I love you big sis
MaryBeth you will always live in our hearts and prayers.
