The Roland Hess extends their sympathy to Ruth & Harold's family. We have many fond memories of living next door for many years, both on Lincoln Ave. & at Harmony House. Jeff & Debbie Hess
Whenever I think of your mom, it is standing in our driveway tracing my hand to make make me a new pair( it may even have been 3 in case I lost one) of red mittens. She must have made me some every year! She was the perfect example of a life well lived. I am happy to have such fond memories of a wonderful neighbor.
Dear Lois and Craig,
Our deepest sympathy to you and the family. Ruth was a dear lady.
Ruth was a very classy lady. She was extremely talented in her arts and crafts. I loved listening to her recite poetry and her stories of special events in her life. I am very blessed to have gotten to know Ruth. No matter the short time I became very aqainted with Ruth. She was a witty, wise, and intelligent lady. I will miss her a great deal, but I will not shed any tears for I know she is with the love of her life, her husband, Harold. And I know that is where she wanted to be. <3
Ruth was a great lady who will be missed by all who knew her. Our deepest sympathy goes out to her family and friends.
My deepest sympathy to your family

Ruth was one of the nicest people I ever worked with. She put a smile on my face every time I saw her.
Our sympathy to the family. Ruth was a great addition to our painting group at the Manitowoc Senior Center, as well as Harold who always helped us put up our lobby display. We still use some of her color combinations in class.
Dear Margie & family: We are so sorry for your loss. I remember visiting with your parents when we visited your family. Such a nice friendly lady!!! You & your family will be in our prayers!!! Love, Linda & Gary
