My most sincere condolences to the Billups family. I met him once a long time ago through my friend, and his brother, David. He seemed to be a very nice person. His niece, Sarah, is very dear to me and she will miss him very much.

Ted was always a breath of fresh air every time I saw him. Such a wonderful sense of humor. Also cared deeply about the workers he supervised. He went the extra mile to make sure people with disabilities were able to be successful in employment. RIP Ted. Gary Tritch

You were like a father to me. Thank you for always being here for my family and I through all of these years. I thank God for all of our hilarious and heartfelt memories together. You were the life of every party, you always knew the right things to say and you always went above and beyond for everyone you knew. I will miss you with all my heart. I love you. Thank you for everything and I'll never forget you. War Eagle!!!
