Bonnie,
Patti and I were in our teen years when we watched One day at a time.

I am so saddened to hear of Ms. Frankins passing. I loved her as an actress. One Day AT A Time brings back so many wonderful memories. Thank you for all the memories.
God be with your family.

Bonnie, you were a role model for many single parents, including my mom who had been divorced from 1970-72, a time when divorce was considered a "disease" that chased many she considered her friends away. I watched your series religiously, even in re-runs. You will be missed!
