Dale Sima Obituary

Dale W. Sima
1972 - 2014
Dale went into Jesus' loving arms on October 29, 2014 in Phoenix, AZ where he resided.
He was born in Bellflower, CA on September 2, 1972. He attended schools in CA, Omaha, and graduated from Jerome High School in 1990.
After graduating, he spent several years in Hawaii, which he really loved.
His greatest accomplishments in life were his two children. He was a wonderful father and loved spending time with them, and they were the joy in his life. Dale will be remembered as a very kind and loving person.
He leaves behind his beautiful daughter, Ashlynn Marie, and handsome son, Tyler William. Also his mother, Peggy Sima, one sister, Michelle (Jason) Brixey, nieces Karly and Emily Brixey, nephew, Sam Brixey, and many wonderful aunts, uncles, and cousins who truly loved him. He is preceded in death by his father.
Isaiah 57:1-2-- "The good men perish; merciful men die before their time and no one seems to care or wonder why. No one seems to realize that God is taking them away from evil days ahead. For the godly who die shall rest in peace."
It has been requested there will be no services. Dale would rather you spend that time enjoying time with your kids.

My heart still aches at the thought of not having our late night talks any longer. How could I know that October 15th would be the last time I'd get to talk to you. I'm going to miss hearing your voice over the phone. Your friendship meant the world to me and I'll always cherish all the time we had together. I'll love you and miss you the rest of my days. My best friend, my brother, until we meet again, I'll think of you always.

Dale,
I'm sure glad I got to see you a couple years ago in CO! Didn't realize it would be the last time, so that makes me extremely sad. You definitately knew how to make people laugh, which is what I'm sure you're doing right now in heaven and that's what I'll always remember about you. You were my super funny, crazy cousin that will be missed tremendously.

Dale, you are my brother. Its that simple. No matter how long we would go without talking, we picked back up as if we had spoken the week before. You were never afraid to call me out, therefore all I could do was reciprocate. That alone, made you one of the best friends I ever had even though there was much more to it than that. Even though we had our differences, I will ALWAYS be grateful for having you in my life. I will miss you for the rest of my days. Your laugh was one of my favorite things in the world. I'll see you on the other side, brah...

Dale-

Thank you for teaching me that life is simple and that our actions, good or bad make it complicated.
We have been friends for a very long time and I thank you for that as well. Without you, my life would have been very different. You touched so many lives in a great number of ways.
You called me many times and many things in my life and the one thing you have always called me that I will cherish the most is "friend".
Losing someone you love is never easy, but honoring someone in this life and the next is. I will forever remember you my friend and brother!

Peggy and Michelle- I mourn your loss, but could never express how much your son and brother meant to me. He truly was a one of my dearest friends.
