Dear Penny and Family,
I'll always have fond memories of Bill, the good man that he was, and the fun times we all shared.

Dear Penny, I was so sad to read of Bill's death. You can't know the times I have thought of you two and wondered how you were doing. The article in the paper did a nice job of evoking the kind of man Bill was. Jim and I always loved his twinkle, humor and quiet ways. We loved following his straight, tall figure down the slopes. Please give Bill, Jr., Mark and Margo my deep sympathy with a hug. Some of the best times of my life were spent with their family at Robinson Bar and their Trail Creek home. My Jim is gone too, now, but I will always cherish the memories we had. I hope your love and memories are a comfort during this sad, difficult time. You will be in my thoughts with love, Judy Sweeney

Dear Penny and Family
I am so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. It has probably been at least 15 years since I have seen or spoken to him.
I was Scott McLeans nurse and I left in 1999 to pursue another career. I always admired Bill for his smile and soft spoken way. He was truly a kind soul that would be difficult to forget.
Peace and condolences to you and your family.I always felt he lived a life well lived. Irene Kohli

I had the pleasure of working with Bill for 20 years. He was without a doubt the most wonderful boss that any person could ever have. His brilliant mind , his incomparable kindness and his dry wit made it a more like a vacation every day than a job. I will never forget you Bill. You were an inspiration to me and those who were lucky enough to be acquainted with you both in private and business dealings. God be with you and remember that you will remain in my heart forever.
