My Dearest Swinehart Family.
I feel so blessed today with the opportunity to share my sincere thoughts and overwhelming gratitude for the precious man and physician: Dr. Loy Swinehart. Having moved from Los Angeles to Boise in 1950, my parents sought the finest peditician in the City of Boise. They were elated. This lovely man treated a very ill child and my memories of him have never faded. His kindness and gentle manner have always been part of my precious memories of Boise. My sister, born in 1952, also very ill, had been cared for by this great man. Today, June 11, 2013, while browsing all things Boise, I ventured to look up Dr. Swinehart. I had been so gratified to learn of his long life and his precious family. Truly a man of God. The lives he so gracefully touched, and the lives he saved, are living testimony to an incredible, Godly man. My prayers today are for Loy and his family. Thank you for sharing him with us ... and with me from 1950-1953. Bless you all.
